I don't care if hardly anyone knows what an RPG is! I don't care if it's incredibly "geeky"! I'm going to try it... Maybe. Or maybe I'll just draw the characters.

I discovered this site about RPGs and now I really want to try them. I used to do a little bit for anime, b ut I never really got that into it. It looks really fun tho. Goodness, I'm such a geek. heehee. oh well!! oh, and I took my sister steph to her guitar lesson today and her teacher looks SO MUCH like Mick Jagger. He seems like Mick Jaggers' twin or something. He's pretty funny too. Kinda odd, but really funny.

Those are a bunch of tests I just took. Sorry I just threw them all out there. They seem to give conflicting results. Who cares? not me!

I've been looking thru the senior's(nerd girls &co, they will always be the seniors to us juniors) assorted blogs and now I'm pretty nervous about college. Actually nervous isn't the word for it. More like a certian amount of anxiety, mixed with the feeling of wonder at the black hole I see when I look into my own future. It's really unsettling. I'm not exactly an open person, but I'm just going to think of this as a descriptive memoir and see where it takes me. Blog. That's such a funny word. It makes me think of and extra-moist and gloppy flubber that leaves a slime trail. Kindof a "Slimer from ghostbusters" meets Jabba the Hut. blech. What a lovely image for the mind's eye....

I made a new extension. it's www.thegreatestthing.blogspot.com and it's for my morbid stuff like that "Sunfall" poem. Ahhh.. I should be gothic.

Now that I think about it, I think I'm going to have separate blogs for poems I didn't write, and ones about Love, and such things. I'll do that some other tme. bye-o

hm... I really don't have anything to put here, so I think I'll put a poem I found a long time ago. It's a really beautiful poem, to me. not that this is a reflection on my views. Gracious, I've got a bunch of poetry I want to post and if I do I'll look like the grinch. or a very Morbid and angry soul. Hopefully the second. It's a bit less green and hairy and a bit more interesting. well I have long since forgotten the author, so sorry whoever wrote this:

Sunfall
The sun is still rising,
but my bed lies empty,
my lover sleeps quietly,
beneath earth and stone.
My heart is not with him,
it didn't like travelling,
it stays in my pocket,
so he sleeps alone.
I knew him in Winter
with icy embraces,
he left me in Springtime
when new life begins.
He was not my beginning,
he won't be my ending,
just a step on my journey,
a page in my sins.
Romeo is dead, long live Romeo.

I found 2 new bands that are pretty interesting. One is an Irish-led band called " Flogging Molly " and their CD is called "Drunken Lullabies". The other is a large band called " O. A. R. " and their CDs are called "Risen" and "Any Time Now". The first is harder sounding, the second is rather melodic and the guitar sounds a little country but the vocals aren't. anywho, I liked them. I think Flogging Molly was on the Warped Tour.

I wrote this at 1am last night, but when I read it this morning after I woke up I found out it wasn't nearly as clever as it sounded when I was half asleep so I figured it wasn't fit for people to read, but I'll post it anyway. Its represents my state of mind pretty well. hm. That's kinda scary. Lets just say I thought this Haiku was pretty cool and really funny when I wrote it.

My Donkey feels fine.
The pain is scratched in my arm.
Cats don't like vets.

omgosh. That's really terrible. hehee... well yeah.

I need to clean my room. But instead I'm sitting here typing this. Ah, the joys of procrastination. Oh well, maybe I'll go sit on my bed and gaze at the shambles of my room, mentally willing myself to clean it up. Sounds like a plan. ciao.

I didn't edit those so sorry if they're spelled wrong or something. I just did them right now. and I'm super tired.I still haven't let myself recover from camp. I spent the past ten minutes writing those... I should have skipped them and gone to bed. They would have turned out better. anyway, I'll write the one about Ingrids speakers later. Nighty night

The air is thick.
Brown air that is as unnatural
as the way bodies separate it as they walk.

Waving an arm,
spirals curl out from your passing hand.
What is invisible should not become visible.

The air is heavy.
Weighted air that holds you down,
and suffocates you, keeping out your breath.

The air is a gift.
A present from past relations.
From people who lived with worldly abandon.

They never knew,
hairspray is a deadly tool.
People watch others slow down and die in the street.

The air is thick.

A Razor in Hand.
He scrapes it over his chin
For the first time ever!

That's about JJ's first ever shave. hahaha... Ja Ja Ja... heehee...

I just realized I never wrote a poem in that post... I need a topic tho. Or maybe I'll dredge up some old thing I wrote... I have a 5th grade poem still on my other computer... I'll post that soon. It's funny b/c it's really hokey. We were supposed to write about a natural thing. I wrote about "A Late Summer Breeze". hahaha.. It's so flowery. Rj says I should write about the Brown Cloud and JJ says I should write about his first ever Shaving experience. Ingrid has no Ideas and her speakers aren't working. Maybe I'll write about distracting speakers full of static... hm...

I feel like writing a poem. I'm sorry the text is super tiny on this thing. Oh well, that means you guys have to really work at it if you want to see the poem I posted. The one next to the heading ( {Who are You?} ) of the "Blog" is one I wrote forever ago. I have heard that the only way to read it is to cut and paste. I have a whole book of poetry... Actually it's kinda weird to post it. I've never really blatantly shown poetry ever. I've turned it in for assignments and stuff, but I've never been like, "Hey! look at what I wrote!", or anything.

I was looking at a website and I started thinking- I know, how strange of me!- and it made me wonder. What if someone is in love with 2 people who are totally opposite eachother. I mean, it would be pretty hard to choose. One wouldn't be better at something than the other, each would fufill a different part of who the person is. That would kinda suck. I hate those love-analysis websites. They make me think of crap like that and I start musing and pondering.

I'm pretty angry right now. When people fight for their cause, it can be wrong, but they're fighting for something they believe in. When people are angry with you and fight against a cause only because it's yours even if they know nothing about it, then it's blind and ignorant revenge.
